1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 business day. Except Sundays
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All seoulsistersbeauty orders are shipped through Canada post and UPS with a tracking number.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We offer the following shipping options within Canada:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of [3-5] business days. FREE shipping on orders over $100
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of [3-9] business days. $10 for orders under $100.
  • Canada Post Priority: Estimated delivery time of [1] business day. Calculated automatically at checkout for orders under and over $100. 

Keep in mind, our postal runs are active from Monday to Saturday. Happy shopping!

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

5. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.
